  • Academic Use Only: All documents (essays, theses, assignments) are provided strictly as study aids.
  • Liability: The company is not responsible for any legal or academic trouble if a customer uses the work for illegal or unauthorized activities.
  • Ownership: The company owns the copyright to all drafts and final files until the customer has paid their balance in full. Once the final payment is made, ownership is transferred to the client.

Privacy Policy

  • Data Collection: We collect your name, email, and phone number via our “Order” or “Contact” forms to confirm orders, provide updates, and share special offers.
  • Security: Your data is protected by high-level encryption and modern firewalls to ensure it stays private.
  • Anonymity: If you prefer to stay anonymous, you are welcome to use a nickname (alias) instead of your real name.

Revision Policy

  • Initial Instructions: You must provide all details upfront. We are not responsible for mistakes caused by missing information.

  • Free Revisions: These are only available if the writer failed to follow your original instructions. If you want to add new requirements later, you must pay an extra fee.

  • Deadlines for Requesting Revisions:

      • Under 5,000 words: You have 15 days after delivery to ask for a revision.
      • Over 5,000 words: You have 30 days after delivery.
  • Turnaround Times:

      • For urgent 24-hour orders, we return edits within 8–12 hours.
      • For large orders (10,000+ words), we may need 5–7 days to complete edits.
    • Note: We do not process revisions on weekends or public holidays.

Refund Terms & Conditions

When you CAN get a refund

  • If the work still fails to meet your original instructions after 5 rounds of revisions.
  • If we miss the agreed-upon deadline.
  • Requirement: You must provide a detailed, valid feedback report which our audit team will review for approval.

When you CANNOT get a refund:

  • If you gave us the wrong instructions at the start.
  • If you simply decide not to use the work or change your mind after the order is processed.
  • If you edited the work yourself or changed the requirements halfway through.
  • If a delay happened because you didn’t answer our clarifying questions.
  • Note: All approved refunds are subject to a 25% transaction fee deduction.
